Materials
Stoneware fired to 1,260°C with a food-safe reactive glaze, lead and cadmium free. High firing is what makes a bowl dishwasher-durable; a low-fired one crazes within a year and then the crazing holds what you cannot wash out.
Care
Dishwasher. Stoneware chips if dropped on tile — this is ceramic and no amount of firing changes that.
